For more than 10 years, the delicious ice creams and sorbets have been made with whole fruit or frozen fruit purée, organic whole milk (cow) from the SCEA du Chau Four in Chanville, goat's milk from La Biquetterie in Vaucremont, and a lot of know-how. To be enjoyed without moderation, summer or winter!
