Black Pudding & Co is an artisanal butcher's shop whose obsession is to promote and guarantee the quality of products from the local terroir. The only exceptions to this rule are game hunted at the foot of the Donon in the Vosges mountains and the Aberdeen Angus, coming directly from Scotland.
